Davina Sawoky Gowardun

Co-Founder and Director

Davina Sawoky Gowardun brings more than two decades of experience in health, safety, environment, and quality governance across African operations. Her background is rooted in ensuring that management systems are not only well designed but effectively implemented and sustained across multiple affiliates and regulatory contexts.

Her experience includes oversight of HSEQ management systems across 18 African countries, supporting leadership teams in embedding governance, compliance, and operational discipline into daily activities. She has worked extensively with operational teams to ensure that systems remain practical, usable, and aligned with real operating conditions.
At CONSULTPLUS, Davina supports leadership teams in strengthening governance, improving system effectiveness, and ensuring that risk controls remain embedded and functional over time.

Pravin Gowardun

Co-Founder and Director

Pravin Gowardun brings more than two decades of experience in asset-intensive and high-risk operating environments across Africa. His work has focused on governing operational risk at scale, with responsibility spanning asset integrity, process safety management, management of change, project management and operational reliability.

Throughout his career in oil major environments, he worked across 17 African countries, overseeing complex terminal operations and supporting leadership teams through periods of operational pressure, commercial expansion, and incident response. His experience includes major accident investigations, hazard and risk studies, and the integration of risk management into day-to-day operations.

At CONSULTPLUS, Pravin works directly with CEOs and senior leadership teams to stabilise operations, strengthen governance, and restore structured operational control in complex environments.
